Xpress Boats the “Original” All-Welded Aluminum Boat manufacturer and leader in the High Performance Fishing and Hunting Boats and Veranda Luxury Pontoons, innovator of the patented all-aluminum deck system announces one retirement and multiple executive promotions.
“After thirty five loyal years of service, it is with mixed emotions that we accept the retirement of our Executive Vice President, Jeff Bogard. There are no words to “xpress” the gratitude our family has for his commitment, dedication and leadership and positioning our companies to flourish in every imaginable economic environment. Over the next 12 months Jeff will transition out of his position and Xpress Boats Bobby Bittinger will become our new Vice President of Operations and PeeWee Strother will assume the role of National Sales Manager. We are also excited to announce that Veranda Luxury Pontoons Nathan Kyzer has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and Gary Brown will assume the role of National Sales Manager. Finally, Jonathan Foster has been promoted to Chief Financial Of cer and Clay Connor has been named Vice President of Marketing for both of our companies, said Xpress Boats, Veranda Luxury Pontoons President, Rory Herndon.
Xpress Boats and Veranda Luxury Pontoons is family owned and operated by the Herndon family since 1966. Over fifty five years ago in an old schoolhouse in Friendship, Ark. our founder Kermit Bryant had a dream to develop the original “all-welded” aluminum boat and that DNA for innovation has transcended through both brands. Today, Xpress Boats operates in a 265,000 sq. ft. facility in Hot Springs, Ark. and Veranda Luxury Pontoons operates out of a 377,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility in Malvern, Ark..
