This past fall Jason Sealock reviewed the JB Langley Altus Rain Suit and gave it a two thumbs up.
Advanced materials including a Toray Entrant HB fabric, an unbelievable 30,000 Hydrostatic Water Column rating, and tailoring that keeps water from running down your sleeves, back, or bottoms. The YKK Aquaseal waterproof zippers and a hood that won’t blow off running down the lake cap it off. It also has plenty of extra pockets that are dry too. Jason has worn his in rough water, torrential downpours, and combinations of wind and rain together too, and says he is always kept dry. That is great news and puts this suit light years ahead of others for that reason alone. Why buy a rain suit that only works in a mist? This suit was designed for the worst that mother nature can hand out.
Congratulations to the winners, your gear is on the way! Thanks for entering and as always, keep an eye out for more weekly giveaways from the Wired2fish guys.
